Quick Easy Homemade Quesadillas

For our final Stepford Sister's reunion day, Sara made us homemade quesadillas. As she was cooking, Stephanie was not paying attention to what she put in it, and it seemed like she finished them in a matter of a few minutes. The flavor was shocking because it seemed like she only had a moment to combine all the ingredients she used!

It was after the fact we thought about photographing the ingredients and sharing the recipes!

So, most of these ingredients you can store for a little while in the refrigerator without it spoiling quickly.

Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken
Ortega Taco Sauce
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
McCormick's Seasoned Pepper
Kraft Triple Cheddar Cheese
Mission Flour Tortilla
Canola or Vegetable Oil

After combining the chicken (hand shredded), taco sauce, seasonings and cheese, mix together in a bowl. Heat up some canola oil in a frying pan, spread mixed filling between two tortillas, and cook on both sides to crisp tortilla and heat filling.

We served our meal with some Mexican rice, fresh avocado, and sour cream!
