Fall Outdoor Scavenger Hunt

I love fall for so many reasons, and one of them is hiking in perfect weather. I love the smell of leaves, the temperature of fall, and the campfires at night.  One of the other things I enjoy using is my sense of smell...and sight. With leaves falling everywhere it is easy for things to all camouflage into one solid looking nature scene. But, as you are walking the smells around you can change based on what types of plants and trees are growing.

I went on a scavenger hunt while walking with my husband and two dogs through the woods (the original intent was to find these things for my poor baby squirrel that didn't end up making it). Here are some of the things I was able to find just buy looking and smelling as we went.

I know what most of these things are, but can you identify each type of nut/seed that I found?!
